The short version: Pay your subscription, use the program as intended, don't share your login, and cancel anytime. We're here to help you stay moving - not to lock you in.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UprightAfter platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, members, and users of uprightafter.com.

The Program

UprightAfter provides a structured movement program for adults who have completed physical therapy. The program includes:

  • Weekly digital lesson pages accessible via your member portal at app.uprightafter.com.
  • Printable weekly Fridge Sheet PDFs
  • Level completion certificates
  • Program-related email communications

Content is delivered via a weekly drip system. New lessons unlock automatically each week from your signup date. Lessons do not accumulate if you miss a week - the drip continues on schedule.

UprightAfter is not physical therapy. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

Membership & Billing

UprightAfter is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate confirmed at checkout.

  • Monthly plan: $59 per month for founding members, billed monthly

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are in USD.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active members. Founding members who joined at the $59/month founding rate retain that rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active. If a subscription is canceled or lapses, the founding rate is forfeited; re-enrollment will be at the then-current standard rate.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time directly from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

You can pause your membership at any time directly from your account page. Your progress and identity level are preserved exactly where you left off when you return. Pausing does not pause billing — to cancel your subscription use the billing portal in your account settings. Pausing is always available as an alternative to cancellation.

Refund policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. Submit a refund request through our support form and we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

We stand behind this program. If something isn't working, email us before cancelling - we'd rather fix it.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content on UprightAfter - including lesson pages, Fridge Sheet PDFs, exercise descriptions, illustrations, level names, and identity quotes - is the intellectual property of UprightAfter and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use program content for your own personal use only. You may not share your login credentials or distribute program materials to others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reproduce or distribute program content without permission
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or payment systems

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

UprightAfter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranty that the program will produce specific health outcomes or improvements for any individual user.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UprightAfter and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in the program.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active members by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
